It’s a great anti inflammation intake. I can feel an improvement in my joints pain . The ingredients are of high quality and high dose . The taste is very tolerable that no need to be diluted in water. I highly recommend it as an antioxidant also for adults ages for all its benefits.
I can tell a difference when I am not taking this supplement. The dose is a bit chalky compared to another batch I’ve gotten but the taste is good. Goes down easy and only have to consume a small dose a day. The quality is much better than others I have tried.
