Bought this for me and my daughter. We need this and supplements are essential in our routine. I've always seen some benefit when using any spirulina product. It never upsets my stomach and I take it with lunch or dinner. This product gives me added energy and stamina. it’s helping with my gut journey.
i like spirulina, but i’ve never liked those tablets it comes pressed in. so in the search of one in capsules, not only did i find this, but a bunch of other great plants!! i feel it’s quite potent, so i take only 2 capsules at a time.
Happy with this product, there is no taste which I like and the ingredients are great. It also doesn’t leave you with a green tongue since you swallow the pills. I do find the pill size to be a little tricky for me though and it doesn’t help that you have to take 4 in a row.
Good ingredients, both spirulina and chlorella inside, I was looking for both in one bottle for awhile for benefiting detox and as a superfood supplement. No taste, light smell of algae/seaweed. Small size pills, only minus is quantity of a dose. Expecting good effect with a quality of ingredients
This is a high quality supplement. I take it once a day and it helps with my overall health. Capsule size is big. Ingredients are high quality. I am not a fan of the taste and smell. But it is okay because this is a superfood and I love it.
