We bought this to replace our current Zinc product, same dose amount, but our original chemist bought version had no Copper, and taking zinc without any copper slowly depletes your copper reserves, and have can cause negative consequences. This product has both, and unlike many zinc products, it’s not caused any nausea in me or my wife. We bought 2, and will likely buy more for relatives.

I take this zinc every morning around 10:30 AM after waking up and practicing calligraphy. As a night shift worker in hospitality, I was worried about nausea, so I take it with a small snack instead of on an empty stomach. It’s gentle on my sensitive gut and has really boosted my immune system, helping me fight off colds during flu season. The small tablet is easy to swallow and fits perfectly into my morning routine. Great value for the price!

This product is great quality, comes in good size packages and it is quite easy to swallow. Overall, I would say I am very happy and will purchase it again.

Size of the capsule is small and doesn’t have any smell or taste, which is good. Looks like a good quality with good ingredients combo. The package bottle is convenient and dosage is good enough. I don’t take it daily, I only take it twice a week, so far so good, no complaints
