The powder tastes okay. It's not bitter or unpleasant. It has a slight tea taste, so can be mixed into warm teas or liquids easily without disturbing your taste buds. I can't say anything about the effects as for now but hoping for the best results long term.

I bought this mushroom powder to start mixing my own blends. It is hgih quality and as advertised. I mix it with other mushrooms from the same brand, making one morning blend and one night time blend which I consume most days in smoothis or added to otherd drinks. The taste is as expected for being a mushroom powder.

I usually buy mushroom mix, but this superfood ingredient is quite special. The package will last me for long, it contains powder of a fungi family, rich in beta glucans and other antioxidants that are healthy for immunity, gut and blood vessels. The taste is mild, but I like it mixed with my kefir.

the package lasts a good while and the price is very reasonable. i add it along with other mushroom powders in my cacao. love this new ritual cacao

I was introduced to those mushrooms with a form of coffee but I needed the effect without caffeine so I appreciate those powders which I can take with tea that I can take at night time also.

I started this as a part of my healing journey. I added this to water and its bearable, but I think adding it to food or applesauce would be more tolerable. Not a bad taste just blah.
