I cut out all coconut oil and greatly reduced butter consumption. My cholesterol went down 20 points from March to October! My cholesterol is now back down to normal. I use this with some warm water and honey and it’s ok, absolutely drinkable, some that I tried were not so pleasant to taste so Im satisfied. The main powerful ingredient of this mushroom is beta glukan, which is anti cancerous and a powerful anti oxidant among other things. Great for immune system!

I bought this mushroom powder to start mixing my own blends. It is hgih quality and as advertised. I mix it with other mushrooms from the same brand, making one morning blend and one night time blend which I consume most days in smoothis or added to otherd drinks. The taste is as expected for being a mushroom powder.
