Well I decided to try this specific superfood mushroom after reading it's really helps with pcos. I still can't see a difference but I guess I had to wait. I take with my tea in the morning and it does a have this mushroom taste but it's not bad.

Scooping it from the bottom of package when it gets low can be challenging.
