This product, which contains a relatively high amount of zinc, is ideal for promoting hair growth and for people who have brittle nails. It also supports the immune system, but I haven’t been able to assess that after using it for such a short time. The quality is very good. I also bought some zinc gluconate on its own; see the picture. I’ll compare them and let you know.

Very nice zinc product, as it also contains 2.5 mg copper which is a balanced formula. 50mg zinc is also a nice dosage for boosting the imunity. It's a good companion for other antioxidant such as vitamin c and e.
