I was happy to find a vegetarian soft gel, but was sorry that it contains carrageenan, and hope it will be removed in the future. Evening Primrose is a natural hormonal and mood stabilizer and great for any skin problems or hyper-activity. I give it to my ADHD grandchildren - I cut open the capsule with a scissors and spritz it on all their food. I hope to avoid Ritalin.
