This is wow product and perfect for the keto diet. I would not use it on fasting as it has 3 gr of Carbs, but after the meal, the coffee becomes a dessert. It is suggested to use 2 Table spoons per serving, but as for me, one small spoon is enough
Tastes more like cream, which I enjoy as I like cream in my coffee. Haven't really noticed any different energy wise but it's a good replacement!

This is my go-to for a travel friendly keto creamer. 1 TBS (half a serving) is all I need and it doesn't kick me out of ketosis. Mixes best when added to a mug of hot coffee and mixed with a hand held electric milk frother.
