I like the product but it makes me so sad that the price jumped from CDN $20 for a 20 ounce bag to CDN $30 for a 14 ounce bag in less than one year. The price per ounce has more than doubled.
I followed the mixing directions but the powder separates from water. It does not dissolve. So I have to shake it up immediately before use and even so, the taste is not great. I foolishly tried to make soy yogurt with it but that was a disaster. The water separated and all I got was a ruined yogurt started that I'd used for a year. I
Just soy milk pwd is hard to find. I use with reg. soy milk to thicken soy yogurt. Reliable, good quality.

I use this rather than processed protein powders. I just found out that it has been discontinued. I don't know why, and I hope it is just to change the packaging.
I mixed with my coffee; the texture is good but the taste is awful. Hope it will work for recipes ‘cause for daily use… it’s a no!
