My biggest complaint is that it’s sickly sweet in a very fake sugar way, so I hate drinking it. Other than that I’m not sure if it is doing anything. I previously had another brand that I could obviously tell was improving my gut health each day.

I got this to add to my chia seed bowl, but I learned some things by utilizing this product for this purpose. I use grounded chia seeds since they turn into a pudding-like texture quickly. I made my first bowl by mixing in my chocolate collagen powder, which was not a good idea, this product, on its own, tastes better. However, some might find this product very sweet too, but since I mix in other ingredients like unsweetened almond milk, unsalted seed/nut butters, and coconut cream, it keeps the sweetness at the right taste level for me. Another thing I noticed is that my chia seed bowl doesn't taste right with this product if it's been left in the fridge overnight and consumed the next day since I noticed it had an odd aftertaste, not sure if this has to do with the probiotics and digestive enzymes in it. So I take a scoop in a separate container to pour into my bowl at work and mix it there and it tastes much better. This was just my experience, but I'm enjoying it for its benefits as well.

The powder is full of nutritional value, I mix a teaspoon in water or a fruit smoothie. The taste is quite delicious. Good quality product.
