I think this brand of herbs is of very good quality. I use it to make tinctures. One of the best adaptogen herbs meaning it can help with hormones, stress, sleep, anxiety and adrenal support.

I bought this a long time ago and I still have so much left! The quantity is amazing for the price. It has a nice earthy smell and instantly makes me feel calm and relaxed. I take it in my night herbal tea, mixed with rose buds, chamomile and lemon balm. Watch out not to take it for more than 1 month consistently because it could deplete your dopamine levels!! Many people claim theyre emotionless when they take it because they don’t cycle it. You can also take other adaptogens with it such as rhodiola or safran so it helps you maintain dopamine levels while decreasing cortisol.
