Drinking this every day, boiling it along side calendula, chamomile and borage tea! It’s a blend that aids in detox of cleaning chemicals and poisonous stuff out of your body and blood! I’m obsessed I actually feel it working and feel less sensitive.
This seaweed contains too much sand in it. So it is not that pleasant to eat when the sand gets on the teeth. Would not recommend
Tried this bladderwrack because it was cheaper than the other one I was using. Unfortunately this one has much more debris in it including tiny sharp shards of broken shells which are downright dangerous if added into food that you chew. Used it all but then switched back to the other brand with no debris mixed in.
But it tastes like the bottom of the seas.. where pirate ships are sinked and whales goes to die. The trick is adding your favorite mix of strong renal teas and add to it lot of chili pepper. Then it’s delicious
Great quality cut & sifted bladderwrack. The size of the bag is perfect for bulk use. I’ve noticed a positive benefit since starting it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a pure seaweed ingredient. Good size for amount.
I like mixing this with fennel, turmeric, licorice, holy basil, cinnamon, clove, marshmallow root and milk thistle seed. It helps wake up your gut and get rid of waste. I drink this in the mornings and it does cause bowl movement but not so strong. Helps cleanse. My go to blend with cirrhosis and thyroid issues. It’s rlly good, however the taste is very oceany and not the best, but bladderwrack is very healthy as it has so many minerals especially if combined with sea moss so that’s rlly good. Also the oceany taste assures me it’s real which is a good sign I believe, but acc mineralizes me
