Burdock is one of the most blood purifying and body detoxifying herbs, especially for the liver, lymphatic system and blood and this one was good quality and nice flavour. Boil for 7 minutes and let sit longer if you want stronger flavour.
For me burdock root is like a reset, I have a strong cup of brewed tea ever so often when i feel like my body has accumulated too much stress and needs a bit of a reset. This has enough to last a while, and its clean and good quality.

the price is too much the pack is not enough compared to the other burdock i bough which will last me for 3 to4 months.
