I used to buy hibiscus tea in bags until I learned most are made with bleached materials and contain microplastics. Switching to this was a game changer. Starwest is a great brand with very high quality. He's up in the largest pieces of hibiscus flowers that I could find. I prefer large ones to cut and sifted because hibiscus is so potent that you can easily steep it twice to get the most out of it. So I like to have large pieces that I can easily strain out and reuse. single ingredient, wonderful depth of color and taste, organic, and I understand you can even use the spent flowers to make vegan tacos and such out of so I also wanted another bag, this is my second bag as I drink this everyday for both health benefits and flavor, to give this a try with a recipe I recently found. I make a tea blend of this everyday that includes lemon juice and butterfly pea flowers, along with a lemon infused wild honey. I always put the previous day's hibiscus leaves into a tea ball so I can easily pull those out and compost them after they've been used a second time.

These are excellent quality hibiscus flower petals! The petals are whole, vibrant, and fresh—not crushed or full of stems like some other brands I've tried. They make a wonderfully flavorful, tart tea with a beautiful deep red color. The price is also very reasonable for the quality. I'll definitely be purchasing these again and highly recommend them.

It has the only ingredient which is a hibiscus flower that I sometimes blend with other teas to experiment with a taste.Caffeine free, the main benefit for me is a high concentration of vitamin C. The frequency of use is around 4 times a week.The package size is big.Serving is enough for two people.

I use this hibiscus to blend my own teas with, it’s much cheaper to buy it in this size. This 1 pound bag will almost fill 2 half gallon canning jars. Very flavorful, color is beautiful and bright, and makes absolutely delicious teas that I blend it with . Starwest always has very fresh herbs.!
