This a high quality chamomile and each tea bag packs a punch, oftentimes I would double up my tea bags in a mug because the flavor is too light. Not with this brand of chamomile. It’s a perfect pre bed tea that leaves you relaxed and sleepy. No caffeine to keep you up, just floral sweetness to lull you to sleep.

I have been drinking this spearmint tea for the past two years now and can’t say enough great things about it. I will never be without it.
