For those of us who get colds. coughs and end up with difficulty breathing, this is the herb to drink on a daily basis to strengthen the lungs. Don't ask about taste, I drink a lot of green teas. I add nettle leaf, raspberry leaf, and all sorts of other mixes.

I use this for lung related bugs like coughs or stubborn phlegm. It works like a charm, just steep for 15 minutes and add some honey, sip and enjoy!! Careful for parts that sink to the bottom of your mug though, the texture is quite scratchy for the throat. I just avoid the very bottom of the mug.
