I love a loose leaf tea. You can taste the freshness and quality, the fragrance is strong so I interpret that as potency. They grow excellent herbs in Croatia.

Got this tea over the review of Dr. Kareem. It is supposed to help with increasing your blood it taste so good. I use 1 teaspoon in a hot cup of water. I drink it with yerba mate straw the size is big and it lasts good. It’s a natural diuretic tea. Do not drink it in the evening as you will go to the bathroom a lot. Definitely buying again

You know it's good nettle when it turns green after you steep it. This is a go-to for our family during seasonal changes and since finding mold ( and of course removing it ) it is very useful for boosting health and toning the lungs, liver and cleansing the blood,

this tea tastes nice an earthy, it helps with iron apparently. I like to drink it a couple of times a week. Seems high quality.
