Ingredients are pure ketones converted into drink. Taste is a bit salty, but good. Size is good for a week. I don't know what is in the composition, except what I read in the back, but the package is very convenient especially when you travel. I can have real ketones on the go.

The taste is quite strong, I was diluting with 750ml or even 1ltr. effective as suppressing appetite. gives mental energy and seemed to sustain me through fasting hours. helped with weight loss on Keto diet. seems very high quality. ingredient content is good for a single dose sashet

This is the best ketone product I’ve ever tried! The taste is good! Not too sweet not too weird (as are many other ketone products). The size and packing are great. I can simply take one pack out if I decide to have a diet that day. It gives me energy for almost the rest of the day. I also have one pack before my workout if I don’t have additional meals. It gives me enough energy to do heavy workout such as body pump or hiit. It is a bit expensive but what isn’t other ketone product. Would love to sock more if it is on a discount. The ingredient seems to have enough effective ingredient (ketone).
