I mix 3/4 of a teaspoon of this milk thistle powder with some cinnamon to support my liver health and control insulin spikes. It has a pleasant (not strong) taste. In order to better dilute the powder, first mix it in small amount of water and the poor more water - as otherwise there will be lumps of the powder.

I really enjoy this milk thistle. It has a slightly sweet taste so it is easy to drink with water. It works well and absorbs quickly for digestive issues, usually within 30 minutes I feel better if I have indigestion. I appreciate the size of the container and the price for an organic product.

You wouldn't expect to be able to eat it off the spoon but tried it and love it! Normally it goes in my daily smoothie but i tried it off the spoon and it's so good. Great quality product and amount of milk thistle is super high. Hoping my next live enzyme test is normal!
