I use this calcium supplement to improve my bone density. I don't eat dairy. It is a quality ingredient that I add to my morning smoothie. It mixes easily and has no taste. Anyone of older age with a calcium deficiency would benefit from this supplement, in my opinion. In combination with vitamin D3, this has helped me stay active. The package was well sealed.

For me this is an affordable way to get my daily dose of calcium. It lasts a very long time and it's just calcium powder wiht no added flavors or other things that I don't need or want to take. I find it better than the calcium and vitamin D combo that my doctor prescribed which has added flavors and sweteners. I take the vitamin D separately.

I didn't know that calcium powder existed and I loved it, because I had difficulty swallowing calcium capsules, which are always huge. The powder is very fine and white (it doesn't look like it in my photo, but it's absolutely white), it has no smell or taste, and it's very easy to ingest mixed with any drink.

I do not take dairy products because of an intolerance to them. From there I also have a calcium deficiency and progressive osteoporosis. I have been taking this calcium carbonate for some time. It is pure, easily digestible and without unnecessary fillers. I fill it into capsules and so I can determine the dose myself, according to my needs. My parathyroid hormone has decreased, which shows that I am absorbing it. I really hope that it will also affect my bone density, which I will check soon. The main reason i got it was to make a toothpaste with it. It turned out great. i havent tried it as a supplement yet since i have plenty of calcium rich foods. Love the fact that it has no other ingredients in it. Quality seems high and its easy to package in capsules

this was the best bang for the buck, also was a bonus that it's from the brand I usually buy sups from. tastes pretty much like nothing since I usually mix it in with my other supplements. been taking for over a month now. can't really tell if there has been any bone improment or benefits. iv just been taking it just in case I'm deficient in it.
