I was recommended this brand and supplement by my Physio for my health. It's been easy to add it to my morning shake and makes my other health supplements taste nice. I use it instead of cordial. The flavour is strong enough and alright, but a little too sweet for me. I might still buy it again to mix up flavours every day.
