I’ve been taking Lysine to support my cholesterol and overall cardiovascular health. I appreciate that it’s easy to take and well-tolerated, with no unpleasant effects. While the benefits take some time to notice, I feel confident using this supplement regularly as part of my health routine. I trust the quality and plan to continue taking it.

I bought a pre-workout that contains Arginine which causes cold sore outbreaks. Lysine is used to combat Arginine cold sores. This product work effectively and mitigated the outbreaks 100%. The quality is fantastic, the price is reasonable, and the ingredients are mostly clean. The pill size is huge, which isn't really an issue for me, but if you have issues swallowing pills this might be an issue for you. For me these did exactly what I needed them to do.

I take 2 of these tablets each day to try to stop cold sore outbreaks. The tablets are quite large but can still be swallowed without too much trouble. I have noticed I have fewer outbreaks and upping my dosage to 3 a day helps cold sores dry out and heal faster when my immune system takes a hit and a cold sore appears. I wish I had known about Lysine years ago as it really helps.

good to have on hand for me or my cat! i do add a little bit to my cats food as a supplement. its flavourless formular is almost none detectable which make it easy to add to drinks or even just water. My cats dont mind it at all as well. Highly recommend.

Big package, cost benefit price, good quality and a very important amino acid for brain health, as well as for antiviral therapy. I use it regularly without interruption. The size of the tablet is a bit of a problem, as it is quite large.

L-Lysine is an essential amino acid and this product delivers great quality at an excellent price point. The 1000mg tablets are large but not difficult to swallow. I've been using this for immune support and have noticed fewer cold sores. 240 tablets in a bottle is great value. Highly satisfied with this purchase.

The size of the pill is a bit smaller than now food Lysine but it is still a bit difficult to swallow because it is wide and the texture is not smooth enough, even though I almost never struggle with big pills, I wouldn't have bought it had I known the pill size and quality beforehand.
