The capsules are easy to swallow, the orange aftertaste is pleasant, without a strong fishy smell. After a few months of use, I have positive impressions. The only downside is that the price is a bit high, but overall the product is good and worth considering.

The added Coq10 ingredient to my fish oil/omega 3s is really a great benefit for brain health energy and focus, not to mention the obvious benefits from the omegas for lowering inflammation, cholesterol levels and heart health. No bad taste either
I tried this as a way to cut down on the number of supplements I needed to take. The quality seemd fine but I didn't find the orange taste helpful. The ingredients state 'orange flavour'. If a flavour should be added, lemon would be better IMO. I also found the bright red colour somewhat disconcerting.
Great Omega 3s! Not the most VFM, of course, but they seem great quality. Got them for my mother so she can benefit from the multi ingredients, CoQ10 is beneficial the more we age or take medication (statins). She says the after taste is sometimes sweet but sometimes a bit fishy, so might need some improvement there. Still, 5 stars.

I like this produce very much and have it on auto ship. There is no odor or taste and the results from taking have been great. My internal and external health have been noticeably improved and I will continue to use this indefinitely. I highly recommend the Ocean Blue over any other Omega.
