I find this very easy to blend, and satisfying as replacement for my breakfast meal, and every now and then I use it to replace my evening meal, as it leaves me feeling full for a long time. The flavour is just right for me, not too sweet.

I have wanted to try something of this type when I have little appetite or just don't feel like cooking. I used my regular ice cold almond milk and a blender when stirring didn't do the job. The texture was okay, but the flavor didn't quite make it. Wasn't as chocolatey as I expected and an extra odd flavor remained after I swallowed. I won't be buying any more, but maybe this is what I should expect with powdered meal replacements.
this is my very first time drinking a meal replacement or protein shake, i bought 2 brands, to test them side by side. firstly, the cap was quite difficult to open, i thought i had to pry it open, but couldn't find a groove, and eventually twisted it open - it's a screw top. then the taste - it was waaaay too sweet, so i added more water. but i could taste how salty it was, so i drank more water after finishing the shake. for the next hour, i had diarrhoea, then a lot of farting. and i felt hungry after 1 hour ... not looking forward to the rest of the bottle, but luckily it's only 7 servings.
