GABA with Vitamin B6, 240 Capsules

Good sleep is my top priority besides healthy diet and exercise. I'm 47yo female and i strive to achieve an 8 hour sleep everyday. Initially i took 3mg Melatonin + Gaba 100mg every night for a deeper sleep (i'm a light sleeper). However 100mg gaba doesn't seem to have any significant impact on my sleep. So now i switch to this 500 mg pil and it improves the quality of sleep i have. I wake up less often and even when i do empty my bladder in middle of the night, I'm able to fall back to sleep immediately. These 2 items are my "must have" goodnight pills.
