Good quality product. Dissolves well in water. It doesn’t taste very nice on its own but if you dilute it in water you can barely taste it. I have a small amount in water before lunch. It’s too early to tell if it’s helping with cholesterol but I hope that it does and That it also helps my immune system this winter. I’m halfway through the container and it doesn’t seem to come with a measuring scoop

It amazes me that a tiny scoop of this stuff, helps you do the business. The only problem is the taste. I prefer to eat my calories, whole, not in smoothies, so I haven’t found anything that I can have it with that it doesn’t taste horrible with. But if you drink smoothies, I imagine it would be fine.

Beta-glucan is a type of soluble fiber that is readily found in oat and barley grain as well as some types of mushrooms and algae. Like all fibers, it forms a natural component of cell walls and is largely indigestible. I purchased this product to get the necessary nutrition for my microbiota without having to eat oatmeal, which is not very healthy. Overall it's very convenient, you just need a pinch of this powder, and it can be easily mixed with your favorite yogurt or beverage. Also it has no taste or smell I will definitely buy more after I finish this jar! Which won't be soon, as the volume is huge for the price and that's what I really like!

First-time purchase of this product. Arrived quickly, as advertised and undamaged. Reasonable price for the product, size, and overall recommended servings amount. I started off at one scoop serving size with no negative side effects. The scoop is quite small, however useful in giving an idea of how much to take per recommendation and for increasing doses if desired. This powdered form is handy for mixing into my fresh juices that I use a bullet blender with to mix in thoroughly before consuming. There is no noticeable taste or smell when mixed with my juice. I have only been using this for about 4 days and have increased my daily serving for personal immunity improvement goals and to see if I receive any related desired effects. While I think it is too soon to report any very noticeable benefits, I am pleased to say there have been no negative side effects. I do hope to see more noticeable benefits over time, and if so, I will be purchasing this particular item from this brand again regularly. I like this product as it appears to be a genuine, pure, high-quality, non-gmo, concentrated, third-party tested ingredient without additives. This supplement is amazing! I bought it for the first time. I love that it is a powder, so I mix it with collagen and drink in the morning before breakfast. Package is for 140 servings so it will last for a really long period. The quality is great, two types of beta glucan included.

The unflavoured powder is extremely fine and mixes well into juice or shakes with no noticeable taste. I like that it contains the 1,3 and 1,6 types of beta glucans, which are often associated with immune modulation, gut support and healthy defence responses. The container is straightforward, easy to store and doesn’t take up much space. Because it’s unflavoured, it adapts well to various drinks without changing their taste. A small serving goes a long way, so the bottle provides good value for regular use. It feels like a solid addition to a daily routine focused on overall wellness. I wish there are larger size for better economies of scale.

It has a bitter flavor but it mixes relatively easily into water. I use it as an extra source of fiber and it's been ok for that. I haven't noticed a many results so I don't think I'll repurchase, but it seems like good quality and I appreciate the size of the package. It's a good value if you get better results from this supplement.
