Love this product I have bought it quite a few times now if you want to know the Dandy lion root in it is supposed to help reduce belly fat. I actually do believe it has helped. I combined this with moderate exercise and have been very pleased with the results.

The size of the products was perfect, and I was impressed by the potency and effectiveness, as they delivered noticeable results; the quality was excellent, the taste and flavor were pleasant, the dosage was convenient, the package was secure, and the overall benefits made this a great purchase.

Good quality the taste is okay size is okay , in the beginning i got discomfort from the creatine but after many times of use it is fine , actually i found during the workout i can continue without feeling tired too much

I decided to try this out as part of my fitness routine, to boost my workout and cognitive performance. The package size is big. The ingredients seem ok in quality and I like its slightly tart taste. I haven’t been able to take it regularly but hope to make it part of my regular diet to maximize its benefits. On the downside, it has been hard to extract the powder from the jar which has clumped together. I have to scrape it off to get enough for 1 dose, making it quite annoying.

As a lady, I must say I love it. It is amazing. It gives me the needed energy

It tastes good, good supplement for women, contains creatine monohydrate that is the most researched form of it, I thing I will try all the other flavors

I haven't tried it my whole life and I'm so excited to do so,,, I will let you know later on if it has been beneficial or not
