Good product and I have used generally for alkaline g and clearing the blood of nanotech but recently was told it’s derived from black mould so not so keen now

I use this as part of a recipe to copy the WHO oral rehydration solution, along with sodium chloride, dextrose, and potassium chloride. Much cheaper than most pre-formulated electrolyte powders. Works great for that purpose. I've noticed that this brand dissolves in water less well than others I've tried, though.

I bought this sodium citrate to add to my intra-workout drink for hydration, and it’s been a clear upgrade from using regular table salt.
