Had no real effect on pur middle child who shows signs of ADHD. Even when taken daily, over a course of a week there was no signs of improvement. Also they didn't like the taste as it was too tart for them. Sort of like a giant Sweet-Tart!

For the taste I would say it tastes great ,The quality of product is top . There are many ingredients so I can't list them here .
The quality is good , ingredients as mentioned, taste is nice for children and size is suitable and and the bottle is easy to use and packaged in a good way . I hope the supplements are good for my kids age they are 14 and 10 and that they would benefit of it during school year .
