I bought this to save money on supplements that contained saw palmetto. You really don't need much and it's easy to incorporate in a smoothie or maybe coffee (although I haven't tried that yet). It comes in a secure plastic canister that you see in the images with a freshness seal and there is a small scoop included. The quality is good from what I can tell and a serving is very small. It's much more affordable than what I was paying in capsule form. There is only one ingredient.

The powder doesn't dissolve well in cool or warm liquids. There's a slight taste with grit. Effects are waiting to be seen. I haven't used it long enough. I bought empty pill capsules to take it. The container is fine, it's a small scoop. I'm happy about the number of servings. Bought this brand wanting pure quality with no fillers or rancid oils.
This is a great and easy to take high dose of saw palmetto, which may be of benefit to men with an enlarged prostate. I can only speak for myself, but since using this I have had to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom significantly less than before-- down to once or twice, and sometimes not at all, from my previous five or six times. The size of the package provides 227 servings which is very convenient, and the taste is barely noticeable mixed with water, though you can also put it in a smoothie. I recommend anyone with BPH to try it.

Is hard to find a good quality, big size and one ingredient product, this saw palmetto is good, packaged well.
SAw palmetto seems to decrease estrogen levels in the body. Taking saw palmetto along with estrogen pills might decrease their effects. MIGHT HELP WITH HAIR LOSS
