I was skeptical at first to try alfalfa powder but I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and palatable Nutricost Organic Alfalfa was. I was happy to see it was organic also and that the ingredients are pure. I typically buy the capsules by another company. So far, I'm very pleased with this product and would purchase it again.
