I highly recommend these Nutricost 1000mg salt tablets to anyone who needs to take a lot of additional salt for POTS or similar conditions. The tablets are powder-coated and don't have a salty taste, so they don't make me nauseous, even when taken without food. I find that the tablets make it much easier to take my required amount of salt, and they are great value for money. I wouldn't recommend these tablets to people who have difficulty swallowing larger tablets, but they have break lines so they could be broken in half if needed.

I need to take frequent salt tablets a day. Normally they are very hard on my stomach. But these I can take with stomach pain. Now I can get the benefits with or the side effects. They are ready to swallow. And have no taste. Nice way to keep y symptoms in check.

Good product have nothing else to say. The best sodium pills i bought maybe they could be a bit smaller the pills but mybe thats too hard to make then i dont know maybe they have to be big
