I take these patches whenever I travel so I don't pack up all my supplements. it's very convenient. I think it works, but I also take HRT so it's difficult to say the individual effect.
I paste one on my wrist and another top of my butt. I feel like it does work to an extend
size is okay and very discreet, quality is good ans have not experienced bad side effects, not sure if it works though, as did not feel any changes when used
