It doesn't matter if you are a child or an adult. Everybody uses this at home. If you are having trouble sleeping either falling or staying asleep this works wonders. I just take as an adult 6 or 7 pumps before going to bed or if i wake up in the middle of the night and can't sleep again i do the same. Try it, you'll sleep like a baby.

Must have in your medicine cabinet. It does make a difference when you get sick and keeps you away from nasty antibiotic

it seems to help my child fall asleep if only she agreed more often to take it.... mostly sitting in my fridge, it has a bit of a strange taste but it does work - for kids and adults

I tried it first before giving to my kid. But I feel a bit drowsy, and not the relax feeling I am aiming for.

My kids don't hate the taste when I mix with a bit of juice. I'm not positive it does much but i'll continue trying.

It has a very alcoholic smell and smells terrible I didn’t benefit from it

my family uses this to help us calm down before bed. it have a very alcoholic taste but we squirt it into our tea. it is pregnancy and kid safe.
