I love this product… the taste is a little harsh but I mix in a small amount of water and drink. I haven’t had a hot flash since I started taking it.
I had heard of but never used WishGarden supplements before. I had this recommended by an NP when I really started noticing that PMS was becoming PMDD. I was having perimenopasual symptoms that had intensified over the last five years too. This has been so helpful in relieving symptoms on all fronts. I am used to "herby" tastes in supplements but this tastes good in my opinion. I find the size and dosage recommended to be about right for me. The bottle is fairly small though so keep that in mind for the amount used it is on the more expensive side. But completely worth it for me! The company has a good reputation for quality ingredients and is local for me so that is also a bonus.
I have been this product for several weeks, with no obvious benefit. Everybody is different, it may not be suited to me specifically or it may be snake oil. It may also need more time. See your GP for HRT, that sh@t is quick and effective if suitable for you.
