This is a very well priced and amount of LJ100 tongkat ali. I would not take any other form to get the hormonal support and T incteasing (and vitality increasing) benefits we look in a tongkat supp. Taking for a little over a week now so need more time to see but 100 to 150mg is a good amount when it’s LJ100
