Been using Calcium AKG for a few years now as part of my antiaging/longevity stack as I approach 50. This stack helps maintain my healthy lifestyle; I'm extremely active, stats are as good as a healthy 20 year old and I look and feel amazing, also do intermittent fasting, eating only one meal a day so can't attribute benefits to supplements alone obviously, but I definitely notice greater and faster benefits from them. Tried few different brands/manufacturers. It's extremely expensive, especially as part of a stack so decided to try this form which in addition to being liposomal contains a higher dose per capsule.
