High quality vitamin c supplement. Helpful for immunity and clear skin. Size is fair. Ingredients are clean. It’s best to get vitamin c from foods but it’s tough to remember to eat enough daily. No taste or after taste. Easy on the stomach unlike other non whole foods versions of vitamin C.
