I had a clogged duct which took a couple of days to clear and seemed to have caused my supply to dip a little. After drinking this tea, my average yield upped by 20 percent before the dip. There could have been other factors that played a part, but regardless, I will be ordering more of this to see if I get a consistent increase.
as lactation tea, it certainly tastes better than any other nursing tea I have ever tried. it doesn't have the fennel taste and it's good to consume as normal tea for mamas as it's caffeine free. it doesn't help a great deal, but more liquid always helps lactation. and it's inexpensive comparing with other brands

this tea is sweet and nice kids like it too. it's quality is nice and age appropriate. it smells nice easy to eat. its ingredients taste good the composition , scent have their own benefits. the packaging and size is great. the kids really like it. the serving is appropriate hopefully improvements will be seen after consuming frequently. its soft and very chewable taste is great as well.
