Easy to use just let steep for 3-5 minutes. Make sure you’re serving it warm or cool I prefer warm and before bedtime. I frequently use it almost every night or when she seems restless. I asked my doctor about the benefits and if there are side effects she said its okay to use daily. The tea is actually great quality its tasted good!
