The bottle says it is 200 MG 60 capsules. But the servings in the back say it is 200 gm per two capsules so it is only 30 servings. For the price they charge you can find yourself ltheanine that has higher dosage and more servings. Will not buy it again.

I ordered this to be part of a diet supplement regiment. I ordered this particular brand because when I was researching each one on iherb Suntheanine kept coming up as the highest quality form of L-Theanine. I looked a a few including a very expensive “Thorn” supplement version and came back to Nature’s Plus for the quality/brand/price ratio. L-Theanine is the ingredient.

The bottle feels sturdy with a solid seal, and the capsule size is easy to swallow. 60 capsules will last a bit over two months if you take one a day. Quality seems good—they use Suntheanine, which is supposed to be the pure form, and there’s no weird aftertaste or fillers. No noticeable flavor, since it’s a capsule, and it doesn’t upset my stomach. I’ve found it helps me relax without making me sleepy, just a calm focus, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
