Good taste and one of the very few bars that is not rock hard. Snickery like. I eat it in the afternoon at work to supplement my protein intake. The size is just right but the package is sometimes hard to open because is the nougat like textures that sticks to it when it melts.
this Protein bar has both quality and taste. the Protien ingredients is whey which is very fulfilling, the size is good as well can fit in your pocket to use it before workout or any fitness training or just for a middayhealthysnack if you are in a diet. peanut butter chocolate is my favourite flavour.
