This may work for some people, but it is not for me! I can’t deal with the side effects- “burn” is an understatement; I was so overheated that my skin was prickly and itchy and I sweat like crazy. I tried it for four days but it caused such nausea and watery mouth that I thought I would legit puke. For some reason it makes my nose run like a faucet turned all the way on. And the poops! Yikes, friends! I will fully admit that I am more sensitive than the average person to things like this, but I did not expect such a strong, adverse reaction. Into the trash they went; I would rather stay pudgy.
