Super protein, I'm completely satisfied with the quality and brand. I try different varieties, but I prefer the chocolate one. I make smoothies, shakes, add it to oatmeal, and baked goods. I can simply mix it with water and drink it. It really boosts my blood protein levels. The caramel flavor is fine. The only downside is that they're all too sweet for me.

I bought this for a friend who’s more advanced in bodybuilding, and he told me it’s one of the best protein blends he has tried. The quality of the hydrolyzed protein is solid, and the added shredding elements make it especially appealing for pro bodybuilders or those already using enhancers as part of their regimen. The taste (Vanilla Caramel) is decent for this type of supplement, though not light or sweet like regular whey. The size (3.8 lbs) is fair for the formula, but it’s definitely on the expensive side compared to standard proteins. That makes it less practical for everyday use unless you’re very committed to advanced training. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re deep into bodybuilding and looking for something stronger than standard protein powders, but be prepared to pay a premium.
after trying all kinds of protein shakes, beef/whey/vegan/etc. this one tastes good and palatable. maybe too sweet. kinda hard to mix, otherwise, very good .
