I made best marshmallows with this product here is recipe Recipe: -1 cup water, divided -3 tbsp gelatin powder, l used @perfectsupplements -1/2 cup honey - 1tbsp vanilla How to: -add 1/2 cup water to large bowl -sprinkle the gelatin powder overtop and let sit for a few minutes -add 1/2 cup water and honey to small saucepan, heat on low heat for 3min -using a hand held mixer or stand mixer, start to mixed the gelatin powder on low speed -slowly pour in the honey mixture to gelatin mixture -add vanilla extract -turn the speed of the mixer on high and beat for 8-10min, it should start to turn into a thick, glossy marshmallow fluff -once done mixing quickly pour the marshmallow fluff into a baking dish lined with parchment paper (work quickly here so the marshmallow doesn't get tacky) -place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight -cut into cubes and enjoy!

There's still a slight smell since it's made of beef tendons, but the ingredient's very clean, package need some improvement, it was very dusty when I open the bag every time. Not the best quality, but good value size. Used this gelatin to make marshmallow to boost my gelatin intake, maybe I'll use it in hot cocoa next time

Good quality Grassfed gelatin at a great price! Healing my gut has never been easier. I use this to make jellies and gummies with organic grape/apple/ mango juice. As someone who keeps a strict low carb diet I find this gelatin a great solution to thicken soup like dishes. It is full of great protein. The package is pretty comfortable to use since it's resealable. there is no taste at all so I even use it in ice-creams.
