This tastes great and does seem to soothe your throat. It doesn’t really do anything to break up your phlegm though; would be better for soothing a sore, raw throat as opposed to a scratchy throat with mucus.
Boiron products work great for me. This spray is wonderful--gets the product right at the back of my throat easily and quickly. I often use it during the night, so again, the spray is great. Helps relieve sore throat quickly.
