But overall for me it’s the feeling and the drive which surprisingly changed after a couple weeks. If you are trying to get pregnant, great, if not this is a daily stacker on top of other multi vitamins, I personally just like the effects of this on the daily. It doesn’t hurt the bank either you can probably take rhia with your other daily supplements mix.
