The ingredients are excellent, and it dissolves easily when brewed; you don't need to shake it or just stir it while brewing. However, I bought the vanilla flavor, and although it's advertised as having added sugar, it's undeniably very sweet. Those who don't like overly sweet flavors might want to consider this.

I hate the taste, it’s extremely sweet. Plus, it doesn’t have enough protein for one scoop size and more calories than other proteins. The only thing I like is that is plant based so I don’t feel bloated. The package is ok.
