to be honest it’s not bad, i like taking it before a meal and just with water. i usually like taking it an hour before i eat. i’m not entirely sure what difference am i supposed to experience, but honestly nothing negative happened, so i’ll continue to take it. this is also supposed to be with consistent usage, and i’ve only tried this for a month, so we’ll see once i purchase it once more! the quality and ingredients are decent and easy to understand. the size is also convenient.
